I’ve experienced good customer service online and by phone as well as a fast, convenient response on appointments.
John did a tremendous job helping me with my broken hot-water heater . Unfortunately, I needed a replacement part and it could only be ordered online, but he was excellent at checking out the matter and helping me fix it. Would definitely hire him again.
Carlos was incredibly professional, took care of the problem and the charges were reasonable.
I came home at midnight to discover my kitchen floor full of water. John picked up the phone right away and came out within 20 minutes and found the source of my leak and helped stop it. He was super friendly and knowledgable, he saved some serious damage from getting even worse. I would recommend Cali to anyone that needs plumbing help, they exceeded expectations in my middle of the night emergency.
Had a Sunday morning emergency contacted Cali-Rooter & Plumbing spoke to John and he was at my place in an hour. My whole house was backed up with sewage and he located my clean out access outside which had a threaded cap. Using a big industrial machine he cleared my blocked sewer line that had major roots inside. He was on time and his price was reasonable even for a Sunday. Thanks John I appreciate the fast and prompt service on a Sunday. I definitely recommend Cali- Rooter & Plumbing.
