I recently moved into a home in South LA and needed a specialist to check out my water heater. I called around for different estimates. Immediately, Cali Rooter was on the case. John was the first to return my initial inquiry, and was at my home 2 hours later. He diagnosed the issue, kept me informed throughout the process, fixed the issue, and that was that. I wish more companies were as diligent and accurate. RECOMMEND.

This company is tops! Look no further. Great first experience. We’re old so we have years worth of plumbing dilemmas. We called them, they gave us a one hour window. At the top of the hour of that window Simon called to say he’d be over in 20 min., and he was! Reasonable prices too. Service call was $135 in April 2018.
Simon, is a nice, nice man. He took care of a plugged bathtub and a pipe leak within minutes. We are making them our designated plumbers from now on.

Cali Rooter patiently and clearly walked me through the initial fix for my problem late at night over the phone, and then when they came out early in the morning at a convenient and flexible time for me, John did not speak down to me or confuse me – he was helpful, respectful, and clear thinking. Even though I know nothing about plumbing, I was happy that he did not talk down to me, and that his prices were so reasonable! What a relief to have a new, reliable plumber in the mix now!

Our bathroom was leaking into the downstairs tenant bathroom and we had to quickly find a plumber to mitigate the problems. I spoke with several plumbers and John from Cali Rooter n Plumbing responded quickly and diagnosed the sources of the leak. He gave a fair quote and was efficient. He was professional and pleasant to work with. We plan on using his services again once we open up the tenants bathroom ceiling to check the pipes n drains.
