Highly recommend! Last minute I needed a plumber to check out some funny toilette issues. I reached out to them and within the hour they were contacting me and sending out a specialist. They took a look at our issue and had explained and suggested ways to fix our plumbing. They didn’t try to “SELL” to us which was comforting, more just informed us. They were quick with the installation and fix! And the pricing was great, not expensive at all, for the quality of work they delivered. Will definitely use them again!

These guys are top notch!! Called to give a heads up 15 minutes before he arrived, diagnosed the problem right away, and because it was so minor he didn’t even charge us. What a good dude. Will totally call Cali Rooter & Plumbing again next time we have any plumbing issues.

Don’t even bother calling other plumbers, these guys are the best! Had guests coming to visit, so of course my bathtub got clogged the day before their arrival and nothing I did could unclog it. Called Cali and they were able to get someone to me within a couple hours, and on a Sunday even! Oganes was extremely professional, very nice, and he had my tub back up and running within literally 5 minutes! Will only use Cali from now on and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Soooo my sink was slowly slowly starting to back up, water was barley draining… long story short I called John at Cali rooter 1 hour later Simon was at my door took him 15 minutes cleaned all 3 sinks and was out. Kind , respectful and professional. Thanks guys

So far, this is the only time I’ve hired this company, but they were as good as the reviews say they are. They made a prompt appointment with me (after another plumber flaked no less) and were able to show up within four hours of my phone call. Simon arrived within the two hour window they said he would. Simon and John identified the problem fairly quickly – a major buildup of sludge in the pipes that had caused a major clog. John used a mini-hydrojet to clear it (a regular rooter was not effective against such a gelatinous buildup). The process created quite a mess, but John took a lot of care to clean up afterwards (almost as much time as it took to clear the drain itself!) Afterward, you wouldn’t even know the disaster that had come out of the pipes. While cleaning, John noticed I had a broken hose faucet and replaced it free of charge, even after I offered to pay for it.
Overall, they impressed me on every level – timeliness, problem-solving, clean-up, and the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and professionalism. I will hire them again.
